1. Vehicle Rental: The Company agrees to rent a vehicle to the Renter, as specified in the rental agreement form.

2. Driver's Age: The Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent a vehicle from the Company. The Renter agrees to provide a valid driver's license issued by their country of residence at the time of vehicle pick-up.

3. Vehicle Pick-up and Return: The Renter agrees to pick up the rental vehicle at the designated pick-up location and return it to the Company at the specified return location on the agreed return date and time. Any changes to the pick-up or return details must be communicated to the Company in advance.

4. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date and time specified in the online booking agreement and ends on the agreed return date and time. If the Renter wishes to extend the rental period, they must notify the Company and obtain written consent. Additional charges may apply for any extended rental period.

5. Vehicle Use: The Renter agrees to use the rental vehicle in a responsible and lawful manner, following all applicable traffic laws and regulations of The Bahamas. The Renter shall not use the vehicle for any illegal activities or purposes other than those specified in this Agreement.

6. Insurance: The rental vehicle is covered by the Company's comprehensive insurance policy. In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the Renter must immediately inform the Company and provide all necessary information and documentation as requested.

7. Fuel: The Renter agrees to return the rental vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up. Failure to do so may result in additional fuel charges. We will return/unblock your deposit as soon as you drop the car off and we have verified the gas tank is full. Current gas deposit $149 

8. Additional Drivers: The Renter may request additional drivers to be added to the rental agreement. All additional drivers must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 years and provide a valid driver's license. Additional charges may apply.

9. Vehicle Condition: The Renter is responsible for returning the rental vehicle in the same condition as at the time of pick-up, excluding normal wear and tear. The Renter shall be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.

10. Payment: The Renter agrees to pay the rental fees, credit card must be held on file, including any additional charges or fees specified in the rental agreement, upon vehicle pick-up. Payment may be made by credit card, cash, or other agreed-upon payment methods. 

11. The return policy on the deposit is as follows: If cancellation is made 7 days or more before the pick-up date, you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the pick-up date, a voucher for the full deposit amount will be offered, valid for one year.
